REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 21 days from date of purchase, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s)*. Returns must be in original condition and must not have been worn, used, altered or washed.  All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

There are a few items that are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

•              Helmets - We do not allow exchanges or refunds on helmets due to health and safety reasons.

•              Items marked as: Clearance, Sale**, Free Promotional or Special

•              Items marked as: "Non-Returnable"

•              Any electronic which has been removed from the packaging

•              Items for which the packaging has been damaged/destroyed are not returnable

•              Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed

•              Gift Cards

•              Genuine Spare Parts

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

* We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty.  Exchanges will be re-sent at your cost.

**Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

Helmets: We cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons. Unless stated, helmets come fitted with a clear visor. Tint and Iridium visors are shown for display purposes only. All helmets sold by Sunstate comply with Australian helmet laws.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items within 21 days of the purchase date. Please follow the simple steps below:

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your merchandise. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.

To keep you informed, we will email you confirmation of your refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

Items must be returned within 21 days.

Items must be in original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached, or the return may be refused.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.

Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel with your return parcel, such as a 3kg/5kg Express Post satchel that you can purchase at your local Post Office. We'll be using this satchel to return the exchange back to you.

Defects and Warranties

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Sunstate Motorcycles will assist customers with their warranty claim; we only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like.

Our Fault

Sometimes, but very rarely, we make mistakes. Firstly, we apologise in advance, however, if there’s a fault with your item, or we sent you the incorrect size or product, we’ll supply a return label to cover any return/shipping cost associated with replacing the item.
